I currently reside in the Creek area! Been in the BC area since the Late 70,S ! The school district is a good one & I work over at Wright Patterson AFB . Been out there since the late eighties I’m still working there today it doesn’t take long for Me to get there! I’m only 10 minutes away from the base ! I’m not far from the Mall at Fairfield commons & Soin Medical center. I’m sandwiched between Soin & Greene memorial Hospital. I’m down passed the Beavercreek high school ! Not from us 35 . Ever since I’ve been in the creek area it has really has changed a lot ! Where the Mall at Fairfield Commons is I can remember when it was a huge empty field full of weeds ect . I started working over Wright Patterson AFB before the area was being built up . Fairfield rd use to be a two lane road. Yes it really has changed a lot ! All & all Beavercreek isn’t a bad area . There’s quite a bit of Restaurants & Medical offices you name it it’s there ! Where the Greenes is located use to be all a wooded area & on the corner where Jiffy lube is located use to be a Sunoco gas station. Prior to Me working at the base I use to work over at Stonebridge Apartments . Yrs ago in the late 80,S . People that reside in Beavercreek Most are still working or Retired from Wright Patterson AFB . My aunt & both of My uncles worked out there ! & one of My uncles work over at Wright State University. I’m not far from there.

Top 3 neighborhoods.... is so subjective but probably why he didnt give a top 3 1. Beavercreek is pronounced as one word 2. The Greene is spelled with an E on the end. 3. most of the images shown were in neighboring Kettering 4.most of the neighborhood names are not known by locals and really not the actual development name 5. Think of BC as 3 towns, north BC, south BC and then BC township. Township is everything east of Beaver Valley rd., largely rural but is developing very fast as the big cookie cutters are coming in hot. Other than that the video is spot on...lol

lived in beavercreek on Lemcke rd. behind the high school from 1958 until I graduated in 1972. LOVED growing up there, however I find the right wing politics ignorant and offensive.... Got Fascism???
