The wholesale flower amount for this bouquet is $60 (including all sundries). The industry standard pricing equation for weddings is Wholesale x 3.5-4 + 30-50%, which gets us to a price of $317. I'd suggest rounding up to $325 for this style of bouquet.

How do you work around having to buy in bulk? We can’t buy one flower at a time so what do we do with the additional stems?
This is where thinking through a minimum order value can be really helpful. Or, you can plan out your designs so you're maximising your bunches as much as possible. For example, if you know you're going to have 10 extra white roses, create recipes to use them in your bridesmaids bouquets or centrepieces. 🥰
