In this video, I share some important news about what was considered to be the de facto MLS system in Belize. Point2Homes, which was our go-to platform for finding land and connecting with real estate agents, will no longer show listings in Belize after July 2024.
This means that if you're looking for land in Belize, you'll have to put in more effort and use alternative search methods.

The government survey plot map is what you’re seeing in the videos. You have to request it from the Belize Lands Dept
