Hmm i saw this video and buy a tent, becouse it looks so good, but what did you do to the centerpole? Mine was 30cm to short is it someting you must do to make it longer?
Got 2 tipi tents one a golite backpacking ultralight and another same as this. Biggest advantage head height. No rolling on the floor to get dressed and with an ultralight chair means no floor sitting . Even my golite is 5ft 6 high and weighs just 2 lbs
I just received it, but it's impossible to dismantle the top ventilation arch without twisting it: should we fold the tipi with it without dismantling it? This is not visible on the video
If you need to open the ventilation which is always recommended you’d need to do this before the central pole goes in, as otherwise it is very hard to reach.
You have missed the point of the question here, I think. The rod that holds the roof in place is difficult to insert, but when it comes to dismantling the tent, is nigh on impossible as there's only a small zip and it's hard to pull the rod apart to withdraw it. The tent won't pack into the bag without doing so though. Any tips to make it easier ?
It is easy to get in and out through the front door but because the sides slope in, it might not be the best tent if you struggle to stand up in as the headroom space isn’t as good as the Moonlight Yurt version of the tent.
Got a festival coming up this week, thanks to you this tent will actually be coming home 👍
This was exactly what I was looking for, thanks! Think I'll get one of these - seems a bargain

The pole has the ability to be extended to get the material tight and keep the pack size small.

You forgot the top pole that holds the ventilation open.
