Hahaha..."Space Mountain looking display" is one of the best descriptions ever! I have no idea why I got such kick out of that. Cool van. Would be on my short list, if I were looking at getting a van 😉
@0:52 Pretty unusual because it is actually calculated in L/km, at least outside of Japan. All I can gauge from the gauge is that more is more efficient. @2:01 Wow, less than 6l/100km. That is compact car territory - at least for 2004. Except, it is a luxury MPV with decent horsepower. @2:18 That is 10l/100km how it is normally calculated - outside of Japan. Not great, but not bad either. It is what you would expect from a not so mini minivan. 🤗
Thanks Derek!! Been on a binge watching of your videos from the other day, so Big up yourself, all the way from Jamaica!! We see plenty of these here, as I guess our country is a big importer of these vans, including Hiace, Noahs, Wishes, and Coasters. Anyday I see you video on a Coaster, then I am pretty sure rain will fall that day. I have to give credit to Japanese, they really do take care of their vehicles, i mean hard to believe this is a 2003 model.
Install HD RADIO receiver via with FM modulator to 87.7 FM, if equipped with analog TV, install TM70 TV LINK RF MODULATOR (UHF 21), must set TV to UHF channel 13 (US UHF TV 14). for any AV equipment.
4WD Hybrid seems like a really neat idea. I guess the Toyota Highlander offered that, or maybe still does. Being in Canada, I see Alphard's once in a while. They're not quite common yet, Delica's seem to be the most common RHD vehicle.
Are these allowed in the US? Does that calculate to 40mpg? Can you use the hybrid of this van like Prius for climate control when parked and camping inside of it?
I'm with you on the Honda wheels and badges Derek though I was trying to have a little bit of fun matching up my StepWGN to my Championship White FK8! 😁 ua-cam.com/video/9NvafJkWbYY/v-deo.html
Nah, Toyota managed to make even minivans cool. Have you seen the executive lounge, or royal lounge trim levels on this car? They look like a private jet in the back

I have been waiting my whole life for a "big up yourself". Not kidding, this is a big deal for me!!
@@PacificCoastAuto yeah man, much respect brother. 🙏🏽👍🏽🇯🇲👊🏽. Definitely my pleasure.
@@PacificCoastAuto btw, after I post this message, did watch your video on that Hino Liesse (Coaster) after, and rain did certainly fall. 😂😂. Big up.
Do you recommend purchasing a 2003 Alphard in 2023. 2year old vehicle

My wife really wants one of these now especially in hybrid

What is the average landed price for a hybrid alphard to get one to Canada?
How much cost this

No, you'll have to wait for at least 10 more years to import these to US
Cool van.another great video

I love the wheels. You and I would get along well!!
That's a Nice Van even though Minivans are like the Least Cool Thing On Wheels 😄
