If you decide to go, here's some advice. For God's sake, don't drink their local beer there ("Kölsch"). This is not beer, but a beer substitute. Germans make excellent beer - with the exception of Cologne
most place´s you can order Beer and get served a Kölsch in 0,2L glasses or you ask nicely if can get a Pils. most Bars I viseted hadend a problem with taht it might be not at the same Price but if you preffere it its your Choice but be aware when you ask for something else you might get a Bottle and not a Glas unless you ask for it. But drink how and what you like in Beer we have enough Options
