DVE Store Funny I’ve used that same line on my family who hadn’t switch over to iOS. 🤣they’re now all on iOS with the exception of one procrastinator 🤣.
Great idea. Much needed at this end of the market. Sadly, bad reviews outnumber positive ones, 10 months later... often for poor operability and reliability.
Android Galaxy S10+ ? Will it work ? I know I tried the GO:MIXER PRO with my Galaxy S7 and it didn't work. Why would they not take us Android users into consideration ??
Unfortunately I have to send mine back as it is faulty. I also know my pal had the same issue and others are experiencing problems. The concept and ease of use is fab but Roland need to fix a few things before I would use one.
Does anyone know how I can use OBS, my Traktor s4, Roland Go Mixer, and iPhone as a camera to stream mixes? I cannot find any information on using a setup with these. I have the OBS app to use my iPhone as a camera. I plugged a "Y" lightning usb adapter into my iPhone to be able to plug my iPhone into the Roland Go Mixer and my laptop in order to use it as a camera for OBS. I then plugged 1/4 cables from the booth of my Traktor s4 into the Roland Go Mixer and then select Traktor s4 as the Mic/Auxillary Source in OBS. When I play music it does not seem to pick up the audio in OBS. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Cole Coster I have the same question for my Pioneer DDJ SB3. If the controller has a sound card like I understand it to have, then I don’t understand why it won’t capture the audio just by plugging in the controller by USB? I just don’t know what I’m doing clearly, or it just can’t be done. However their is a video here on UA-cam on how to connect your iPhones camera to obs using the app, and it works through Bluetooth connectivity. I wish I could remember the name of the vid. Maybe searching for using iPhone camera as second cam in obs?

Hoping you can help me! How do I get my Roland GO:LIVECAST to stream onto a FaceBook business page that I am admin on? It default-streams to my personal Facebook page. Is there any setting that I am missing? Thank you in advance Heather
Heather Clendenning I have the same problem so I wrote Roland an email to which they replied there is no way to navigate to managed page livestream. Hopefully they’ll address this and update the app.
In the app, press the Antenna icon in the lower right. Press Custom RTMP. Now you’ll need a laptop or regular computer to get this info. Go to the page you manage, hit “Create Live”. Copy the "Live API” Server URL. Paste that into a Note. Copy the Stream Key. Paste that into a Note. Open the Note on your iPhone/iPad and paste into the Custom RTMP fields in your GO:LIVECAST app. You’ll still need to start the stream from the desktop machine.
You'll need to press "Start Stream" on the Go:Livecast app and in FB to stream to a page using the Customer RTMP. Here is a quick example showing it working facebook.com/watch/?v=1533931030106336
An exciting product. Unfortunately it does not work with the newest version of Android yet.
We just got our here for testing. It is working great with iOS, sorry to hear about the Android version. Might be time to come to the "Light side" :)
Damn. Android gets no love.
Live Streaming Pros iOS users have money and like to spend it. So they get first bite. Android will come later.
Exactly what I was looking for . Roland is dope. I have used their products for years and they still work flawlessly.

Nice video, but I'm wondering if I can use this for my live performance via ZOOM. Can I stream live using ZOOM app? Thank you!
That looks interesting.

The SM7B sounds terrible with this if the Go is being used in the video...

Do you know when the app update will come out because the current one has a lot of errors you can not fully use the device
how can one connect the GO:LIVECAST into a mixer and also a microphone and what kind of cables can one use to connect
can you record to your camera roll and stream to facebook and youtube all at the same time?
Is it available in the Philippines? Or k.s.a jeddah? Let me know please.
Calls the sm7b a condenser.

Does it work with Zoom?
Can you connect a mixer to get more channels?
Thanks for asking I assume you’re inquiring about Audio channels? Yes, but they will be summed into the one input. Video is limited to the two devices

Reverb no
Would like to hear the audio mix thru this box....
This audio is through the GO:LIVECAST. We pulled the output into our camera on the show floor.
Thanks, guys. The price point will be a deal breaker. Roland is really cranking out some innovative stuff. I own one of their switchers..
I need a tutorial
Does not work with android, nor any tablet, do not buy.
