Good looking mod, and just what I needed. I'll be doing that to my Mountain Rider this week for my winter overhaul/upgrade project. Thanks for the upload!
this looks like the perfect option for the upfront servo . I am gonna use this on my bruiser as I really ain't happy with the stock setup. just gotta persuade the seller to send one to the uk
Love your vids bro I'm a big tamiya bruiser mountaineer fan please do a drive vid of running this when complete ! Thanks subbed to you also! Vids are great and teach full! Don't stop what your doing mate! Till next time! Cheers!
Got a suggestion. If you reverse the knuckles you would get more steering I believe. I would like to see more mods on this rig, I recently got one. Thank you.
Hi. I watch your movie and it's really great. I just bought a bruiser kit, and i have one problem/question. I am doing shock absorbers and when I press/push them, they remain like that, they do not come back/reverse, doesnt pop back out. I read somewher that this is normal for oil shock absorbers but i am not sure. Can you please help me with this.
There not actual shocks. They won't hold oil. There a damper only. Buy actual shocks. The problem is that the leaf spring is so stiff that adding shocks makes the suspension extremely stiff
i real can't understand why you didn't take the steering arm on the axle and move it to the other side, that way the drag link would be straight and you would get way more steering out of it
Can you please let me know what the length is of the steering linkage you used? I bought a pre-owned bruiser that didn't come with the stock linkage and I'm looking to replace with aftermarket. I have the servo installed but still need the linkage. Thank you!
Nice, I like the color of the metal frame, what color is it? Gunmetal? I'd spray some DC30 on it to stop rust or whatever you have in Australia or where ever you live
No problem glad you liked it. I brought it from ebay tem: CNC standard servo mount For standard servo pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=281700296177&alt=web
Hi there stevo, great steering mod, i just got the tamiya bruiser re-re and was wondering if you know the part number of the pins needed to lock the diffs. I've no box or instructions. Any help would be appreciated. 😀👍👍👍
Thanks for the tip brother! I am building a Mountain rider at the moment with my 12 year son. Great fun!
Cheers man and thanks for watching

seems the pumpkin would hit the servo horn when the suspension is fully compressed
It is still out there
Can someone post a link for the mount? I cannot find it.
Yeah doesnt exist anymore unfortunately

Hi, maybe you need one or two more drops of oil in each damper?

Is that the original Tamiya servo saver on the steering servo?

Firstruss Lastdale flip the knuckles and fix the geometry.
