I’ve only seen very few builds in the Gambia that looks modern. Whoever built and decorated this property needs to go out of the country and see how to build, design and decorate to modern standards. The asking price for this property is overpriced!

Absolutely ridiculous he has priced it based on it being a business and what profit can be made he will need to back this up with income data to show perspective parties how good the business is before anyone even considers this as a business venture… why do we as African think this is acceptable our standards need to be higher regardless of where you are from we all know what is good and what isn’t… nice Gambia please show better higher quality properties don’t short sell,your subscribers by showing poor quality properties
