I mentioned a few weeks back that Nsemba is a strong candidate for young player of the year, I think he’s firmly on course for that following his Wembley performance.

Lyndsey Burrow is a supportive, angelic and well-spoken human being, but if it were up to me, the Womens Challenge Cup player of the match should be the 'Pankhurst Trophy'. The women's game is forging new boundaries and blazing the trail in professionalism for many other women in sport. Let's recognise that trail-blazing spirit and a nationally recognised personality who's name is synonymous with progress, recognition and respect.
