In this talk, Ajahn Lee Dhammadharo relates the heart to the mind, saying everything moves so quickly like a machine that for some, they even insist there is no mind. For the untrained mind, the mind spins so quickly like an electric current that can catch fire. The Buddha knew the power of the mind, and taught us how to slow it down so that it doesn't burn us, or others.
