Thanks Jen. I would love you to do a video on teaching children how to process emotions from a biblical perspective. How to get kids to feel their feelings but then not get stuck there. TIA ❤
I find i mostly start off strong in the mornings. I spend time in the word, enjoy my coffee, walk my dog and usually get a 20 minute workout in. I do have back pain during that time but im ok and can work through it. As the day goes on my tolerance level decreases and i cannot handle things as I do during my mornings.....how can i get the peace i have most mornings to last?
you can say “I am learning how to increase my tolerance level. I am not a victim to the current state of my brain, and the Lord has been powered me to do this.” you correct the voice that says “I cannot handle..” and replace it with whatever the Lord shows you about how He has empowered you. (I find journaling about this the easiest way to find what God wants you believe) Don’t worry about the back pain. It’ll go away as you become more empowered by God. It’s merely a scab. Let it go away as you heal.
When will I start to heal? I’ve been doing TMS work for over a year now and no improvement. I’m worse if anything. The longer the lack of improvement goes on, the less I believe in the process.
That’s a hard question for me to answer since I don’t know what’s going on in your brain. The fear - pain cycle can be tricky to break free from. Howard schubiners 5 F’s could be a great place to start. Journal about each of them and see what areas of you life they are present in. Fear, fixing, frustration, figuring it out, focusing on it.
@@cassettepat yes it is! It’s available on Amazon. The 5 F’s are fear, frustration, fixing the pain, focusing on the pain and figuring it. All cause distress and add to the nervous system deregulation.
YES!! I’m just starting my journey on the DNRS program, just starting pillar 2. I have so many questions. I’m excited, thank you so much! 🤗
You’re welcome!

Working on
This. It’s in the queue
I would enjoy some Bible studies, specifically on fear, anxiety and healing.
Did you listen to the one about fear? ua-cam.com/video/J-4n6CizUGk/v-deo.html

What is TMS
I’ll add that to the list of questions.
