      Not compared to the money you make in one deal. And it is the cheapest I have seen for this kind of stuff. One wants $19,500 One wants over $5000. To mentor and have all the connections and to pair up with others, etc.

    This has some red flags. Your seminar mentions that you are small company that doesn't have room for more than like a 1000 sign ups. But now I see you have been doing this for quite some time and have flooded the internet with videos and articles. Using key words like "rip off" and "scam" that are actually paid for ads (paid for by you), so they come up first and bury any REAL report on if this is or isn't a scam. That's very concerning.

      This guy is a scam and a used Bob Diamond who is a real person that's not a scam go find Bob Diamond personally and not some thief that's going to put a false front this guy is a thief and he's using Bob in this interview to sell his bulshit just go back to Bob diamond and stop letting other people use Bob to steal your money the fake scam and I might call Bob and say dude I don't know if you know about this video that it's a fake you did the interview with this guy and he's stealing people's money on your name I don't think you'll be too happy about that I think you should sue this guy if he hasn't already

    Got news for ya. Many states and counties have a LAW that a property can NOT BE SOLD FOR LESS THAN 2/3 OF ITS APPRAISED VALUE
    For example: Ohio Revised Code and Rule 27 of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. Section 2329.20 of the Ohio Revised Code states; “No tract of land shall be sold for less than two thirds of the appraised value” - section
    2329.17 -- so that takes your "1/3 sale price" rule and flushes it down the toilet for a lot of places.

      U need Jim Kwik, Win Hof and Marisa Peer you can be cured of that lie that is called ADHD. I only call it a lie because it's really a symptom of something else could be food or emotions. I just watched another man like bob diamond and those people make money in 35 days so add or not you can try and make a success. Once you learn you have all the time you need.

Cut the wheat n my issues just cleared up! N goodbye to $350 my cost prescription a month. Wish someone had suggested it might be allegeries to me earlier. Honestly you dont know him either.     question for Bob. I'm very interested in starting my tax overages business. I've looked at different programs about this But why does your $1497course only allow a 3 Day refund from the purchase date? That seems perposterous and scammish when you don't allow people enough time to look through the program & have time to try it out. its a bit pricey for only allowing a 3day money back refund. I've actually read the entire terms and conditions of your program.

      I tried doing tax overages (not buying properties but trying to claim overages), using Bob's system. First thing you should know is that his training is outdated. None of his webinars are live and most of the videos are at least 5 years old, many are 15 years old so while there is good info, alot of the prices, websites and tools are outdated. Also, he doesn't tell you that only about 3% of claims actually pay out. I worked on overages for 4 months, on 100+ listings and have yet to get anyone interested in moving forward. The calls I got were from family members that couldn't help, wrong people or claims with legal blockers. To be the least bit successful you have to be good at sales or you can't sell it even though it's totally legit.

    I'm very interested in getting involved I just watched the hour long webinar
    Question....I had a house two story victorian on 5 acres of land with horse barn fenced paddock etc.
    There was a fire. Insurance paid off mortgage.... finances got bad and lost the house and property to tax auction would I possibly have monies due back to me that I'm not aware of it being there

      I am always the optimist. So my thinking is that, he likes helping people. And they say to have multiple streams of income. Even coaches make digital courses and do group coaching and teach how to be a coach.
      The market isn’t saturated… yet. He says there are way more than he could ever do. Its really about helping people. He says do well by doing good.
      What I don’t understand is why the county, state or whatever does not tell the former homeowner that they have funds coming to them from the equity in their house (talking about helping people get their money after their house gets sold at auction- they dont know to even ask- and so many governmental programs and stuff are out there but ppl dont know because- its not like they advertise) anyway Bob seems very genuine, down to earth, and he makes it know that he sells the course for profit. But its information that can change your life. Thats what I think anyway.
      Whats weird is I prayed for an way, an answer- for guidance and I came back in my house - turned on UA-cam and there was Bob and i have been learning real estate investing, coaching. I had never seen or heard of this way before.

    I find it so frustrating that nobody ever mentions non-disclosure states. You make it sound so easy just to do a search of tax list but in 14 States that does not work.

    I've followed this guy for years actually I took a Real Estate Investor's class years ago with him and was able to get a refund after many steps. Still can't wrap my head around if he was actually an attorney or is this is his stage name because he knows no information an attorney should know. Starting this podcast he said this is his home but appears to me it's a hotel or public venue due to people walking in and out. I believe at least be Honest. I see a lot of red flags now. Is it because of my previous experience??

      I believe you, can't believe people believing this stuff. Nothing is ever easy and this guy acts like it's a breeze just buy my info and spend 8 to 10 hours and your in baby. I really wanted to try this but I sort of known it would be this way.

      Okay here's my experience all the way back into the 80. I bought one of Bob Diamond's first courses on how to buy real estate at a discount. It was a couple of hundred pages and very detailed and I had to go do an attorney to ask a few questions even though I was a mortgage Banker at the time and I was successful in purchasing several property. I was in the Marine Corps got out of the brake core having a divorce and gave away everything to get away but did hear anything else about him so figured maybe he retired. I know about tax sales cuz I've done my research my due diligence and I can tell you this it's a little more complicated than they let you know. It's not just your bed there are a lot of specific things that can go wrong at a tax sale if you purchase it if you don't purchase it nothing goes wrong that's speaks for itself. Each County has different things they require you to do and not to do. So it's hard to pick a county and know all the information up front. There are people out there doing a tax average sale Bob is one of those. This is where it gets very very complicated and you might go to jail if you do it wrong. I'm not an attorney but I paid 300 bucks for a 2-minute conversation with the attorney that I've had on retainer for the last 17 years for 5200 a year. The conversation went like this you could do those and those will work in the state of Texas you can do every sales no problem but no matter where you live you have to register with the state of Texas as a finder. And you cannot collect over 10% of any money after all the fees are paid. If you work for somebody who is a finder have you received over 10% for example you go get leads for him. The maximum amount he can be paid is 10%. So if it was $20,000 that he was able to get those people as a finder which means he has to be set up in the state as a finder even if he's an attorney the maximum he can be paid is $4,000. If you work for him he's not going to pay you $4,000. You also have to register in the county as a finder and the IRS is very interested in all of this they will look over everything that you do. Also the IRS will send the information to the county because if you break the law guess how much money you will pay.. it will be substantial and the state of Texas does prosecute. I know because I know the people who prosecute them. I have not bought the tax average sale information. But I will tell you this the course that I bought in the '80s was substantial. Very detailed very professional and broken down so that I could understand it and when I spoke to the office personnel they were more than happy to send me legal documentation in reference to it and they did over 300 pages. Needless to say it took a long time to process for me to really understand everything. Charles in Dallas

    Mr diamond I have something really important to discuss with you my youngest daughter and her mother and step dad at the house they lived in which she inherited from the lady she took care of well this December 5th they were supposed to be out because they got evicted because they couldn't pay the property taxes before they can get moved her mother diedshe doesn't have any money she doesn't have any nowhere to go her mother didn't have an insurance policy but it's they had nothing we haven't been probated yet or anything but I was wondering if maybe you could help her since you can get somebody out of the house I've been watching you on UA-cam quite often I've seen you in a while but I know you do the overages think and I was wondering some way you could help her maybe advisor or something to get something out of the house

      There is so much more to it than what is being claimed. To really make it work it is a shit ton of work, and you need attorneys. There are cheaper options out there by and far that offer more for a 1000 less.

      @@J3ff415 I did, and Joe Keen is right on the money. Diamond makes it sound super easy to get a check, and it isn't. Diamond makes the claimant sound like they're just a phone call away, and that they'll just do everything you want when you call them and an avalanche of money comes pouring in. What Diamond doesn't tell you is that these claimants are VERY hard to find and that the skip tracing sites out there have outdated information. You'll feel like you're trying to find Bigfoot. There's a LOT you're not told before buying the course, and that could be seen as a lie by omission.

    Bid? I thought you said we didn't have to buy anything? I'm not interested in flipping houses. I have a friend who buys foreclosures fixes them up and resells them. Tax sales are easy to find. This isn't tax overages.

      Overages. You don't buy anything or bid. You find the overage and return the money to the seller and work out a deal where you get to keep 1/3.

      Agreed. I have read too many cons as opposed to pros. 8 to 10 hours a day, you don't get all the money your supposed to..this is for folks who have this kind of background and money to invest. I have been in careers my whole life helping people and I thought this would. But if it's going to give me anxiety and panic attacks I'm not doing it.

    "loophole" ? Are you any better than Bob Diamond for his promos. The matter of the wording, where there are procedures under law for mf, or tax sales. The states have placed the rules, where IN places the cap on the % and courts to be the method. Its a matter of law, and my doubts that he's as altruistic as he presents to all. You elevate him, where he profits from the problems of others. So the number of fellow people that would use the problems in such a manner. The controls were put in place because of the actions of such people.
