All you need to do is go to the website and enter the dimensions of your tire and a few other details into the tire pressure calculator, and it will tell you the best tire pressure for front and rear tires on your bike to be the most efficient and the fastest. The most surprising thing about using this optimum bicycle tire pressure calculator is that the resulting tire pressure for my bikes is a lot lower than I was putting in the tires. I always assumed that over inflating the tires made them faster, but it actually creates more rolling resistance and vibration, and using lower tire pressure in your bicycle tires actually helps you go faster, and as a bonus, it’s also a lot more comfortable because the ride is much smoother.
