Guys if you really love the anime "Monochrome Factor" I suggest for you guys to read the manga because it has a totally different plot and ending. In the manga we can actually get to see another personality of "Shirogane" and "Akira".

I'm suprised I didn't see the scene where Akira was touching shirogane's chest to find the glove to give to kenjo I guess it wouldn't really fit but still, that scene was funny (if it was in here I guess I didn't see it)

In this anime there is no real romantic relationship between Akira and Shirogane but the possibilty is hinted at through their interactions with each other, they are not in love and will most likely never be, I think that Akira is straight. So in that way it is not realy a yaoi.
