One of the 4 styles I trained in is SHOTOKAN. My teacher was a BARE KNUCKLE PIONEER of AMERICAN KARATE. Not ALL Shotokan is the same. Most are taught for sport. Here you see Hall knocking down and TKOing people because he could not pull the punch. He only connected with maybe 50% of the power he can generate and you can SEE FOR YOURSELF what the results were.

Andrew Barrett: Hey buddy. He is actually using a sweep to turn the opponent into the left round house. The guy sometimes has a base that holds up under the attempt.

Salamu Alaykum and Ramadan Mubarak Akhi. Would you happen to know of any Kyokushin dojo’s in the St. Louis Mo area?

You are good man, giving some valuable informations for free, thank you. Do you know for Tosihito Kokobun if you know for him I'd love to hear your opinion on his unbelivable covering distance while attacking and countering from far(because he is short) best example of that case is match Kokobun vs Sample.... THANKS!!!

Mr carmen, which boxing style is best for fighters who have stamina issues? I am a pressure fighter however my lack of cardio, also due to cardiovascular health reasons prevents me from continuously utilizing a peek a boo pressure style

I did shotokan and realized it was junk when attacked in real life, however looking at Hall Sensei, I change my mind and recover some respect for karate, this man is a beast, I'm gonna try to use some of his style into my kickboxing

Problem is that doing only light contact point sparring completely changes how you attack and defend. It was originally invented as a training aid to drill techniques, but not as the cornerstone of training skills.

Karate bouts don't last never long, because they go all out when striking (Ichigeki Hissatsu).

You call your channel the Ummah fight camp. The word Ummah is typically used to refer to all Muslims as a whole. Is this related to your channel?
