I saw a bunch of comments about the mix and thought I'd say something quick, even though I'm typically not one to explain myself since I'd never release something I wasn't 100% sure of. I mixed this song while Adriana was sitting directly next to me and we both agreed that the vocals being any louder just sounded like it was making the instrumentation take a super far back seat. It honestly kind of sounded like a badly mixed karaoke track if the backing stuff was quieter. We both were happy with how the vocals sat in the mix when listening over our devices, so we apologize if they seemed drowned out over yours. Nonetheless, thanks for listening!
