I got both variants of rockets on a FOB then replayed the mission and took out the phantoms with those. Did work pretty well

This is so easy lol. Just fire up the mission, grab tank gun, back out then start again. Easy Peasy

I thought they'd removed the tank gun so I went with the RL & Skewer with Bandana on.
