I only had planned c-section. My experience with it was amazing. No stress, no pain, baby completely healthy. Medical staff was so profesional and caring. My recovery was very easy, much easier that I could ever think. I get last painkillers exactly 26 hours after c-section and didn’t need to take anything more since there. We spend 3 days in hospital (standard procedure in my country) and then I was driving home by myself. At home I was able to do everything except carying heavy objects (but you should’t do it after vaginal delivery too). I went back to running training after 5 weeks according to doc recommendation although I felt I was able to run without any discomfort after 3 weeks. Do not believe that recovery after c-section is always harder. It was completely not true in my case and in so many cases I have seen among my friends and family.

Sadly I can only have cesarean births and I'm about to have my 3rd at the end of the month. My OBGYN asked if I wanted to be sterilized after... Like NO! I want more babies 😭😔
