Your hearing loss is unreversable irreparable damage. Over 65 db. Your hearing cell gets damaged by sound vibration. The damage is sensed as tingling. So use Noise cancelling headphones use below 65db as long as possible. Most of phone touch the sound by 40%.
I recommend never use earphones try to use headphones they are very bad. I have never used ether earphones or headphone still I am facing ear disease. I have tinnitus for about 2.5 years now. Hearing decreased significantly in my right ear so nover user earphones.
