Those pvc pull-ups remind me of the pull ups I used to do when I would take my kids to the playground. The top bar of the swing set is really thick like the pvc pipe.
With all the different elbow tricep moves you do. Do you try to do them more for volume or do you go heavy a lot of the time aswell? Or mostly volume and sometimes heavy?
Uncle todd i do those holding 2 25 lbs plates toguether cause i dont have 45s. those that make any diffrence? is the distance between arms a factor? its good hand work thou

There's a peptide called BPC-157 that is good for healing elbow pain. Not sure how LEGAL it is to obtain but I have heard of guys using that type of stuff to fix their golfers elbow. I'm not sure what type of pain you're expericing in your elbow but wanted to throw that out there that there may be peptides for this type of stuff to assist in healing it. Then again, as an active arm wrestler you may not have the downtime to really allow your elbow to heal even with peptides.
Im assuming you've dealt with this type elbow pain before.. so is the mentality to just work through it? No resting? You're obviously doing something right, so I'm just curious what's going on in your mind while your elbow is screaming and you're still doing 3-a-days (hah).
Man this elbow pain stuff has been really bothering me lately. I've been getting out of my shoulders too much and holding with my tendon. It's strong but it hurts like hell after and I can hardly do pull ups due to the pain

Pain is pretty intense at 50% working weight. Only 27lbs vs my normal 52lbs and it feels like they are going to explode but I can push through it.

wider the grip the harder your target muscles will work and also goes a helluva long way to improve grip strength and protect joints.

It does stop the spinning but allows me to get more reps by reducing my 210 pound body weight.

I do my pull ups on the soccer goal out back of my house it's the perfect fatness
