In India there is a Hindu Festival Called Karwa Chauth. Where Wives pray for husbands long life and keep a fast for a day. No Water no Food. They eat once in the morning around 4am. And then at night they open their fast by looking at the moon. ❤ Ao I guess if Sissy wants to keep a fast she should try it. But just for 1 days first. Then proceed. So that your body adapts to new settings😅

See that’s why you always gotta go to Yelp and look at the menu beforehand. I always do that before I go on a trip make sure I know it’s gonna be around there so like that you know you could just know or have a sense of knowing what they’re gonna be having.

Also why fasting like that isn’t good is because it’s temporary, you won’t and shouldn’t maintain it. And usually your body will be so starved by the end you’ll binge eat and undo it all anyway. Better to try intermittent fasting and yes overall just eating healthier versions of food you enjoy and work out. ; ) Something that you’re able to maintain more long term.

I don’t mind sharing but I don’t like others hands in my food. I think it came from having an uncle that would pick at my food as a kid and it would upset me because I always saved the best for last. I still try having the best bite for last. I get it’s weird.
