Sneako's biggest problem is that he doesn't *_listen._* He doesn't listen to Destiny's responses, even to his own questions. As soon as the answer is slightly nuanced, he loses interest and his eyes dart around, looking at chat or Discord or whatever to satisfy his ADHD brain, already thinking up the next thing to say. He has conversations so he can talk, but not so he can learn.

The problem is that some people are still stuck in two-sided politics, even if they reject the two major political parties they still think in us vs them terms. Destiny can be a liberal with progressive views and disagree with other progressives in some ways, and he can be friendly with right-wingers even though he largely disagrees with them, all without compromising his principles. His only position related to his ban is that he's for free speech and against censorship, which puts him at odds with certain people on the left and right, but also in agreement with some on both the left and right. So he's obviously not "on the same side" as the progressives canceling him, he's against them on the issue of free speech. Politics has become much more complex than "one side good, other side bad."

@@DrFish_original Its t he fact that parties in general force the society or people to pick a side and usually one or two things happen either you get calm collective debate or you get people yelling at each who disagree with each other on a topic. When it gets on personal level even it affects the family who believe in different parties. For me I don't rat ass what you party you associate with, its fact I want to make sure that we have some what common ground so if or when it gets heated you have that common ground you can go back to.

I laughed when Sneako accused Destiny of not wanting to find the truth and is just on a particular side. If anyone is guilty of that here, it is Sneako. I fully admit, I don't know the guy outside of the debates/conversations Destiny has with him, but he comes off as someone who thinks he knows all the issues of the world. And those issues just so happen to be caused by the side he is not on while he hardly ever criticizes the same problems that can be seen on his side. For example, he will say the left agrees with canceling people. Who was canceling people before people on the left and can still be seen doing it now? Conservatives. Even a guy he supports, Trump, wanted to jail people for burning the flag. I don't think Biden has ever said anything like that. But I would imagine Sneako would act like Biden is against speech and expression while Trump champions it.

That is the problem when he says he seeks 'the truth'. Since the truth is the thing that can't be argued with, he will eventually find the truth (or rather his truth that he likes, which Destiny points out) and has positions that he will defend until the end of time since that is 'the truth'. This way he never has to hear the other side since he is the only truth seeker which means everyone else is wrong since they don't see the truth that he thinks he has found.

The reason Destiny is so effective is that he doesn't let the fact that "sides" whether his or the other or a third side or whatever, change his beliefs. His consistency makes him a person that people listen to. His beliefs don't change with the wind.

I'd argue it still is because banning freedom of speech is typically associated when there is government intervention. But banning freedom of speech can take other forms especially in the private business sector. It's pretty concerning in 2022 when other people or entities can gain enough leverage to censor other voices that they don't agree with.

My litmus test for someone's intelligence is their ability to understand Destiny's position in an argument because I legitimately believe he's one of the most articulate and clear person I've ever listened to. You don't have to agree with him, but to not understand what he's saying honestly makes me question what's going on up there. And Sneako, the man who loves to call everyone a bot, is incapable of engaging with anything he says and just repeats that libs bad, hate freedom of speech, banned Destiny, so he should be alarmed and join the red pill.
Destiny had to explain himself over and over, and he still doesn't get it, and replies with the same dialogue tree. And I can't believe that I'm 38 minutes in and Sneako still doesn't agree that everyone thinks they're searching for the truth. He just replies with no, libs are bad, they know they are bad, and they still do bad things. Did I mention that this is the senate hearing Destiny? Head of Homeland Security? He's not even aware that he's telling Destiny to pick a side while Destiny is arguing that humans are the same on both sides, and standing on a fundamental principles (such as freedom of speech protecting extremist views rather than arguing over what should be defined as extremist) regardless of what everyone else is doing, is more meaningful to him. And Destiny is willing to die on this hill even if it results in him being deplatformed at some point.

Sad idk what it’ll take sneako to understand life isn’t a binary of good and evil right and wrong. There’s nuance to all this shit and you need to understand what you say to millions of people on a public platform has consequences positive and negative. He recognizes the negative outcome of that platform even it’s not intention on h3h3 part. His actions enforces his audience.
It's strange to me how uncomfortable some people are in nuance. They are so used to having an identity through their politics, that giving that up is unheard of. It really is a marker of a mature/wise person to understand that almost every issue is subjective, and we need to recognize this before being so critical.

Destiny, I think it is becoming increasingly important that you try to somehow make the distinction between liberal and lefty in front of redpillers with giant audiences, like Sneako. I think many bad things can come out from saying stuff like "liberals are anti free-speech" to a liberal (you) in front of his giant audience, and getting no pushback from said liberal.
I know that that distinction will be hard to make to someone like Sneako, but it is becoming increasingly more worth it to try, imo.

I don't find it cute, but I get the sentiment.
This guy didn't get his thoughts straight in his head before going offensive and it pushed him into focusing on the wrong things and not having a clear idea of what the objective of his discussion was.
This would have been a great opportunity to discuss how the lack of dialog has created a mass misrepresentation of various conservative/liberal talking points and how that creates this feedback loop that tries to destroy anyone who gets out of step and radicalized those who stayed in step. This could have lead to discussions about how to clarify positions without anyone getting labeled.
But instead he just tries to make destiny (a girl's name btw) "red-pill" himself against his will.
I hope that someday Destiny can get through to Sneako. As long as no bridges get burned I think that there is hope for him being a positive force down the road. I really appreciate Steven's patience.

To find psychopaths, you could apply the methods detailed in the book, "The Psychopath Test." OR you could ask someone if they'd change their core moral and ethical beliefs because someone with adjacent beliefs to theirs acted poorly. Even Sneako, whose guiding principle (he claims) is truth, should know you don't just pick your beliefs. It's easy to have principles when things are going your way, but a man is measured by his convictions in times of strife.
Also, Sneako is openly disappointed by his audience. He's embarrassed by them because they're a derivative reflection of himself. He's so anxious about validation that he still works for their approval, despite his distaste for what they represent.

My issue with Sneako is that he has such a black and white view of the world. He has never once managed to accurately describe Destiny's views or even manage to debate them in any form.
