I am currently working on hikvision DS-6916UDI(B) decoder. i read the manual that the USB ports can be used to input mouse, keyboard and a flash drive, but why did my mouse don't respond on the monitor even when i input the mouse on the decoder? i tried multiple mouse but still cant navigate on the monitor that is connected to hdmi. serious question, can I do anything (config, edit) on the monitor attached to the decoder or i can only make changes via hikcentral? thanks
