Hi Dave. A question regarding the KD8003-IME1: CAN YOU USE THE SECURE RELAY MODULE WITH IT??? It has a Secure Door Control Unit tab.....? can not see where it would be wired, since the RS485 cable link is for the other modules... Kind of naughty of them to not add it to the gate stations as well...

Hi, at a buildings with 4 differnet flats and with an FTP cable that goes threough all flats could i use the HIKVISION - DS-KH6320Y-WTE2, with HIKVISION DS-KAD706 and HIKVISION DS-KV8413-WME1(C)?? I couldn't find the answer anywhere. Could you do a damonstration? Thanks
It's just me thinking that someone could break the outside unit and manually wire the door lock relay cable to gain access ? I do believe the door lock should be connected to a secured tech room and not directly to the outside unit. Am I wrong ?
You might want to install a newer version of SADP Tool, as I’m sure the newer version separates out (finally!) the 9-digit serial number from the long serial.
The thing that customers always ask me in Italy is the possibility to open the door directly from 1 button touching, without having every time to do 2 or more click. As I can see even with this new product you have to press 2 time the key button to open, even the DIY button it doesn't open immidiatly the door, very unusful =(
I thought this might be a nice option for a cheaper system when the customer really doesn’t want to splash out for the screens, but it’s the same price as the 7” version. Unless space is a factor, or you have some specific use for those 4 buttons, it’s not really worth buying.

Hik tech would say check in portal as you shouldnt just add latest FW especially if there is a gap, it can add undesired effects.
