A funny story related to this burfi. One day I was making this besan barfi. As I don't like too much of ghee, I thought of adding a little amount of ghee. After adding ghee, I added besan which was of course more in quantity. After roasting both I found the besan is getting crumbled /daanedaar but not pastey as halwa. At the end I added milk powder, suger and some grounded dry fruits. Mixed all well. And I discovered besan Ka churaa..which was tasting super delicious with min sweet. The flavours of milk powder, dry fruits and crunchy suger in that was lovely. 😋😋

@@r.studio6170 I used 250gms of sugar for 250gms of Besan ...and still a lot of sugar syrup was not used. I will use only 180gms of sugar next time for 250gms besan..
