Ma'am I tried it out ,the texture n burfi has come out really great..but I didn't like the taste personally bcz even after fring well the bitterness of besan n raw texture of suji persist..rather than this attack burfi tastes awesome

Ghee thoda jada laga mera, itne ghee m toh powder form m hi besan lag raha tha
Thats because Mam is using unheated Ghee 1 cup which is usually more ghee when it is slightly heated up !!!
