Hello friend This my favorite recipe. Iam taste in my village on childhood days my grandmother recipe. its very healthy iam happy to share with u pa.recipe is ragi roti. Ingredients is Ragi 1cup-250 grms Onion big -1 Vellam(jaggery)-75 grms Chilly power-half tea spoon Curry leaf -7to8leaf Salt-1or 2pinch Sesame oil-1tablespoon Sesame oil is important for shallow fry Cooking method Put ragi flour and other ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle the water (normal water) And make it as chapthi dough.now heat the dosa pawn.take banana leaf or plastic sheet. Take dough as small amount like nelikai size.spread in the sheet touch the oli and spread in ur fingers.if the dose pawn is heat means put spread ragi dough in the pawn.put the Sesame oli around it.make the roti.like chapthi making.its very authentic and traditional recipe. Hope u like it.
