Great declutter! But it looks like you’re using a wet brush on your eyeshadows, ( just guessing by the looks of it) that’s probably why they’re getting hard pan and you have to dig in to them. Try picking up eyeshadow on a dry brush, then spritz the brush after, never get get moisture on your powered products:)
Cutting down on your collection will allow you to focus on the palettes that you really love. I have about twenty palettes. I would like to cut my collection by half. You did a great job.
It kills me when youtubers decluttr perfectly good makeup because its bulky or because its limited edition and the followers can no longer get it...its like u spent money on it for what?? Get your money worth
They either resell on places like mercari or poshmark because once it’s used they can’t do a giveaway with it on UA-cam or insta. But I totally get what you mean
I’m moving right now too! I just went through and de-potted my favorite shadows from my eyeshadow pallets and stuck them in one big pallet. That way I could keep what I actually use but then save a ton of space. Good luck with your move!

At first I wasn't wearing make-up at home, but this year I decided to wear a different palette(s) every day to go through my collection, I decluttered several and am enjoying the ones I held onto. hi i went through a mad declutter i collected Abh , all decluttered , Tarte all decluttered Two face all decluttered , now i collected charlotte tilbury , i have a full collection all her quads and holiday palettes , natasha Denona all her mini palettes then her glam , bronze , retro , , estee lauder almost all , chanel almost all quads , dior almost all quints , few colour pop i think 4 , to expensive on P&p i can buy charlotte tilbury for the same cost . so yes all high end now ,here in the uk when we went into lockdown i decluttered almost everything and bought new , i could have cried but a year later i am very happy that i took the chance and just cleared my collection , now everything is perfect shades for my pale skin , and no more making do or mixing products which i love . i had to save up for alot of my products but yes i am happy i did .

Kinda wish I still had it for sentimental reasons but I figure we keep the memories in our hearts anyways. The little Naked basics was my first ever high end palette too :). I am considering decluttering it though soon. I never use it anymore. I have hit pan on 3 out of 6 shadows. I figure that enough.
