Every GunTuber wants to talk, shoot or review guns but no one ever talks about gun laws or knife laws during self defence or in a real life situation. We need more education on this. What good is it to train in weapons if you dont know when to use them in the correct legal manner. We need more videos like this and if possible for every state.

I am about to sue Riverside County and California for their unconstitutional CCW scheme in Federal Court. I was denied my CCW after appeal and I'm an FFL, I have an out-of-state CCW, I'm a range safety officer, I'm well trained, no drug or mental health history, and i can buy firearms and pass a NICS background check. I also have a letter from the DOJ and NICS saying i can Buy, possess and carry firearms but since Chad Bianco and his CCW unit didn't like me for whatever reason my right to carry is now infringed based on Arbitrary Rules and Subjective Standards against The Bruen decision and other SCOTUS rulings. I was told my case is a winner but i just need to find an attorney who is willing to start this with me.
I asked AI if Riverside County CCW scheme was Unconstitutional. This is what it said.......
The key question revolves around whether Riverside County’s CCW scheme complies with constitutional standards post-Bruen. The Supreme Court emphasized that rights protected by the Second Amendment should not require individuals to demonstrate special needs or burdensome criteria imposed by state or local governments.
Good Cause Requirement: The requirement for applicants to show “good cause” is now viewed as overly restrictive and likely unconstitutional based on the precedent set by Bruen. This suggests that any similar requirement in Riverside County would face significant legal challenges.
Subjective Criteria: The use of subjective assessments regarding an applicant’s moral character raises further concerns about constitutionality. Legal experts have pointed out that such criteria could lead to arbitrary decisions and discrimination against certain groups of people.
Recent Injunctions: The permanent injunction against discouraging non-citizens from applying indicates judicial recognition of broader access rights under the Second Amendment, which may extend to all lawful residents regardless of citizenship status.
Given these factors, it is reasonable to conclude that aspects of Riverside County’s CCW scheme are indeed unconstitutional as they conflict with both the spirit and letter of recent Supreme Court rulings regarding gun rights.
    Conclusion
Based on these considerations, the Riverside County CCW scheme is likely unconstitutional, particularly concerning its previous requirements for demonstrating good cause and other subjective assessments related to moral character.
That's the thing about it. Most "2A Organizations" have no interest in overturning permitting schemes especially in California. They are affiliated with, have holdings or just make way too much money to overturn the CCW Permitting Schemes. It's literally a giant money grab due to Training, application fees, mental evaluations, and attorneys making money off CCW Appeals for denials. In California an attorney will charge $5000 to $10,000 dollars for a CCW Denial Appeal. Do you think they want to overturn the CCW permitting system? Also in California some CCW issuing agencies use private companies like PERMITIUM to process applications with a standard fee of $125+. Think about it. If you charge $125 and your PRIVATE company processes 100,000 new applications and another 150,000 renewals every year your PRIVATE company is making $62,500,000 every year just processing applications. Then add training, psych evaluations and other fees, you'll see they are making money hands over fist. I would volunteer for a 2A organization and I saw first hand how many in leadership either are CCW trainers or involved with companies that provide training. Michele and Associates do not work pro Bono for members and are one of the ones charging $10,000 just to start an appeal with other fees piling up. Our rights are being sold at a high price and no one wants to do anything about it. I'm looking for an attorney who would use my case and my denial to overturn California's Unconstitutional CCW scheme but not one has any interest. I'm an FFL, highly trained in firearms, range safety officer, DOJ confirmed I can own, possess and buy firearms, no drug or mental health history and nothing in my record that makes me a disqualified person yet the courts still used false allegations from my ex wife and a dismissed case to use towards my denial. The paperwork filed against me using false allegations said "PROSECUTOR REFUSAL" because the investigator knew she was high on drugs and full of crap using the system to try to get back at me for leaving her after she abused my daughter and I found her stash of meth, heroin and syringes.
To prove my point if you're a Riverside County Resident who was denied contact CRPA and ask them to start a case against Riverside County or to file a Writ of Mandate and they will turn you down. Why did they choose to sue Los Angeles and refuse to sue Riverside? Too much money being made. Look it up. Earlier this year Riverside County Sheriff held a CCW Symposium and guess who was to benefit from all the money made at the event? You guessed it, CRPA!!! This is a conflict of interest for CRPA members paying dues in Riverside. We don't want our 2A organizations to be in bed with Tyrants for monetary gain.
Our rights are being sold at a high price gentlemen. They need to be stopped. They need to be sued.

I wonder about a life threatening fast attack with a weapon, it fails and do not follow up with a 2nd attack, then they walk away 20 yards loitering around. When the victim goes to leave the perp. approaches again but stops just at the victim's extended fingertips.
Question: would it have been legal to attack with weapon at the 2nd approach?

@CarryTrainer to be more explicit, that happened to me. A guy threw a 3" diameter round white birch "club " at my face from across a fire at night. Very close. Because he did not like the respectful political discourse I was having with my friend and property owner. Guy was drunk, but coordinated drunk. I dropped into a deep squat under the birch covering my head if it came downwards. I popped up expecting and he walked away. I waited for him to be at enough distance to walk to the driveway to get out. He walked to me, I fenced out my arms and hands, he stopped at my finger tips without touching. Telling him I am leaving.
I had always figured if I burned him down I would still be guilty because the threat had ended. But always wondered because he had nearly hurt or killed me with a weapon in front of witnesses how was I to know there was not a second attempt.
Will never know, all turned out oaky enough. And I figured if gone another way, at best it would be in court.

Note regardless if you go to he best so called lawyer, your defense is literally in your hands. Judges are arrogant tyrants, prosecutors are usually lawyers in training and are heartless bastards going for any type of conviction or plea bargain to feed the system. The likelihood of your defense lawyer educating on what what to wear what not say, investigating deeper into your case like movies is zero. Carrying a gun means walk away, sticks & stones will break my bones, names will never happen. It is only for the unexpected situation of life & death. Carrying a gun and brandishing it as a deterrent makes you the criminal on the way to prison. Cops are public enemy number one. They are corrupt and liars with legal protection to use tyrannical force. You can’t talk yourself out of jail. Take the 5th, call lawyers, and ask for medical help. After a shooting the stress could cause a heart attack & uncontrolled hypertension. America is not free and your right to carry comes at an astronomical cost that nobody appreciates. As this lawyer stated, pulling a gun in self defense a life or death situation may cost $300,000 dollars or more. And if you have so called defense insurance read the fine print. You may think your covered & your not. Get all your assets into a trust.

      @gingebrien2408 7 днів тому

@ I’m glad you’re a believer. Happy for you. Lawyers learn the law to circumvent it. To manipulate it. There are no ethics among lawyers. Judges believe tat their court room is their domain and they dictate their version of law. There is no connection to truth or justice. Any man or woman who faces a court in this country is lucky that there is a jury system. This takes away much of the potential tyrannical behavior of the Judge. Note a jury rarely sees all the information that was privy to the lawyers or judges. Every second a lawyer spends on you is charged for. Legal malpractice is rampant but rarely is taken to court as no lawyer wants to sue another lawyer. But I’m happy that you are a believer. May you never need to rely on a lawyer or the legal system.
