Most people let doom pop off because they put themselves into into bad situations either by charging his punch or not targeting him while top 500 players know how much a top 500 doom can do if you let them be so they play around dooms easy weaknesses allowing them to easily be shut down
its only busted against characters without immunity, so against moira reaper etc it sucks. against genji it sucks too because you usually have to wait for genji's 20s freaking deflect and you can't use the old stun aoe to get him out of it, and you usually die because genji controls the deflect timing
@@memedaga_ i find its better to have patience with the grenade. Hit a few shots, force them to use their invulnerability cool down, then stick it on them. Or if you're already low HP it's a somewhat decent repellent sometimes like sticking it on them so they use their cooldown instead of shooting you.
@@memedaga_ throw the grenade on genji immediately, they don't expect it since they're full hp. only need to hit 1 shot after the nade goes off. so you force them to either immediately deflect so they don't take that shot and retreat with dash, or you just shoot them once and walk away knowing the nade is about to kill them.

Now because of that charters are broken...but...oh...my...god. Cassidy has infinite ammo so when you just use his quick fire ability the revolver becomes a spray weapon and it is the most dangerous thing when the damage of the revolver and fast fire rate come together he is a beast and a machine.
i’ve only been playing the game for a total of 6 hours and i just decided to pick up doom fist. hitting clips with him is just so satisfactory, plus couple that with how fast all of his stuff recharges. he can be crazy good
You might be riding on past FPS experience in super low noob elo but itll get much worse. Dont listen to these others though. Practice him as much as you can. Definitely learn what every other hero is capable of so you know how to counter them. And remember. This game is all about space. As a tank its your job to create space for your team. Keep an eye on them though, so you can jump back really quick and kill any divers that jump your team. With Doom, you can bait out the divers then kill them with your fast ability cooldown. Alternate melee attacks every 1 to 2 LMB shots. GL!!
@@Ryniano well for some characters like doom fist part of his identity is to be able to hit hard and if his punches feel like nothing it makes no sense. Plus staying alive is what makes it fun the danger of dying if that’s taken away the game loses its purpose.
I did an experiment while I was living by myself. Stood to pee for two weeks, cleaned the bathroom. Sat to pee for two weeks and cleaned the bathroom again. Thought to myself "why am I making myself clean up this much piss?" Even if you " don't miss" the splash zone is real.
Come on, genij isn't broken, he was in the best spot since 2016... The really broken characters are zaria, symmetra, sojurn etc I would say genij was more balanced than 90% of the heroes
Genji not broken but he sure is a favourite child of the Devs. He can two fire modes one for longer range poke and short range burst. Can double jump, passive wall climb on top of the passive DPS buff. 50 meter dash that refreshes upon kill so he can over commit get a kill and escape all while countering almost every hero damage with his deflect that mind you, can be canceled with a dash. His ulti refreshes the dash so he gets 2 dashes when he ults and nano blade is just plain broken. While my boy McCree gets a roll and his stun removed so genji has free reign over almost any DPS really except Mei and sym I guess cause he can't defect those. He is not broken like Zarya but he sure has alot going for him.

You can play any support if they have an Ashe, McCree, Soldier, Reaper, etc etc but when they have a sombra/ Genji suddenly one supp has to be a Moira basically limiting a team's composition. Not to mention a good enough genji would be able to burst the second supp before Moira has even time to go protect him/her. Genji is so good that you will need a comp almost specific for him aka Winston/rein, Moira. He can bypass shields because of his mobility allowing him to hit from any angle, he counters most DPS with deflect and his burst capability, and only Moira can deal with him. Name a supp that can deal with a good McCree oh wait nvm he would struggle to get to them in the first place.
Have no idea why they even made Doom a tank. He has no tank abilities. You can’t call that little block and 200 extra health a tank class. That block should be able to help his teammates, it doesn’t even fully block damage for him. Doom really got fucked for no reason.

It doesn’t headshot, has massive spread, requires you to basically be in melee range, and forces a full reload. Meanwhile, Sojourn right-click can one-tap people. So I repeat, give Cassidy two rolls (increase the CD if you have to). It would make him extremely unique in the DPS category.

Why did they nerf genji’s damage output with the shirikins? Genji already does low damage with it, his main damage output comes from the dash resets. Nerfing his basic attacks will make playing him underwhelming
