To answer some of your questions in the video- 1. Every physical thing which you can touch and feel(except natural things), those all exists because of mechanical engineering. 2. The courses which you STUDIED and scored good marks in them are all the foundation of innovating new things which can ease human life. 3. If there will be no core beaches, the world that you see around you wouldn't exist (again except natural world) 4. Just because you've chosen mech engg because you were good in physics is the stupidest thing I've heard!...just because you were not able to get most out of mech engg doesn't mean that it should be removed or something else. 4. If you ever come across any mech engg individual who is working in a core company, ask him about the relevance of the subjects in the course. And all the braches are interdisciplinary so you have to learn coding and circuits even if you're in core brach. So stop spreading bullshit just because you were not worthy of the course. It's a shame that people like you get into IIT's and later complaint about things. Atleast think before going into IIT and stop wasting seats for deserving candidates!

Bhai when you will be on Field you will know condition of this branch, India's core sectors are not growing as they should compared to IT sector, getting in RnD is very hard without PHD in mechanical, average pay I am getting even though I know AutoCAD, ansys etc is 12000 senior who is working in design for 3 year is earning 22000 22000 is starting salary of CSE guys, ground reality is totally different, this isn't the right time to pursue mechanical specially in india. I am learning python and targeting to shift to data analysis by march next year, because I am unable to see my life in this direction, I also loved mechanical once, but I am from middle class family, if I keep getting this much pay I won't be able to make a small house for myself. You might say I should sit for gate exam etc, Ask any person who passed gate exam in mechanical and working in PSU, how much work related to mechanical he is doing, all they do is handle human power and papers, Its dead field as of now, Baki tum khud karloge to samajh jaoge, abhi branch ke against sun ne me dikkt ho rhi hogi but side by side non mech skills add kr lena it will help, don't do same mistake as we did.

If I got ur video in 2015 or 2016 probably I would have been landed in some IT company. After graduating from tier 3 college 2019 that too from mechanical dept , its really tough to get job in core after pandemic . But I got a job almost 1 year after graduation. Working 12hrs a day including compulsory 8hrs work on sundays getting 18k per month . Even it is hard to differentiate which is Sunday or Monday . weekly alternate shifts.
Bro do mtech from countries like italy germany..etc there is no tution fees there...you would get job there after your college with good amount of salary
If you are INCAPABLE of bagging a high profile job through Mechanical engineering discipline and thereby bringing out futuristic technological revolutions, then learn some programming and take an IT job. Don't demotivate people who choose it passionately with heart-filled interest and love for technology. You could have "left" your IIT seat for some capable Mechanical Engineer.
I am in class 10th now and I am going to appear for NEET in 2024. This topic of video is not even 🤏 this much useful to me. But still watch his video just for the Editing.

I learned Python last year. After graduating last year I thought I will go into IT sector as well. Then got a job and worked with a train derailment equipment company. Those equiemts were cool as ice. Because of the company's bad policies and behaviour I had to leave and now studying for GATE. No matter what people say. In manufacturing industries and whatever the fook going on in this world can't be done without this "obsolete" engineering process. Those codes are running on a computer which consists of a motherboard which went through severe machining processes to get that desired shape, the fr107 diodes are prodcuts of wire drawing, those copper connection thin plates are made out of a thick copper plate which was rolled and UV resisted. Those microprocessor bodies and their legs are made with the help of this "obsolete" engineering process. Even the laptop body or the cpu case. 🙂 My fellow Mechanical Engineers. Do not be afraid for JOBS. Learn & Grow, hard work never gets wasted.

Diploma and ITI peoples are there to take care of manufacturing. Literally a diploma student can do a same job what can be done by engineering graduate in industry . I can say that Blbecause i hold both degrees and worked in industry . When you go through high competition and rigorous process of Engineering you feel like i deserve better . Its totally okay .but most of the mechanical industries are not ready for that to give a life you always dreamed off, and when you see your CS/IT friends you get depressed. I do not mean that mechanical is a bad branch at all , the indian education system and ecosystem for engineers is bad in india . Its better to choose IT industry than to struggle for a life you wanted in mechanical because you will never get it . If you wants to stay in mechanical then buddy lower your expectations and accept what it is .
As a mechanical engineer I would say this video is damn good and I am passionated in mechanical engineering and would like to mention that all those formulas are like formulas for integration which you will learn in 12th. May be they looks un useful but they are really helpful when you are designing something. Offcourse there are softwares to do that but in the back-end they are run by these things. It's not only about mechanical, any branch would seems irrelevant about job but it's gives a wider knowledge for research and helps to create new things
Yes, especially the Distortion Energy Theory is the closest to experimental data regarding failure in ductile materials. In fact it is even used in softwares when we are designing according to relevant failure criterion.

I have b.tech in mechanical 2021 passed out! Now I am working towards career transition to "Data science". I got 3 job offers in Mechanical and have 5577 AIR in GATE ME 2021 Still no use bro. The work we get is something else mostly management or irrelevant, and core job I got has too less salary! Planning to do MS in Automotive from Germany (I have 9.28 cgpa btech) and after talking with my dream university alumni... they themselves are working in 90%software-10%mech industries only! I am deeply broke "_" I realized one thing : Whatever you do...at the end, software/coding is what earns you bread and butter! So instead of running away from it...i am submitting myself to it..so that in future, I will work on what I learn and what I choose. My regret: Although I am from tier 3 college, No tier 3 college name matters! When I had my counselling...instead of choose top 10 tier 3 colleges and going for mechanical...i should have chosen normal college which could have fetched me a CS or ECE degree!

You will realise it after graduating. I think ME is the real engineering branch. May be you are not going to use it directly but the problem solving skills/Analytical skill you developed here will help you Sell Your Way Through Life. Coding and ML?data science skill(most CS grads getting into) you can learn by your own, it's not a big deal. Even in IIT these courses are taught to all the students. If you want to get into research/phd or building something from scratch it will help you directly.

Tarun do not worry , i have 20 years Industrial Experience , did BE in Electronic and I am Non IIT Ian . Do projects on Solid Works , Catia also Can do M Tech. You can do MBA Marketing after B Tech from IIT. Yo can enter into sales if you did better after few years you can got good salary. Also in Today's Automobile Industry You can enter into Robotics Design, CNC Machine design.

Bro all these equations are used in making calculation and simulation software like for gear design drivetrain analysis , CFD and likewise, nothing is waste, offcourse we don't remember any formula, but we do remember the basics and concepts which becomes crystal clear when we work on actual system or machine, I have been working in gearbox design since last 10 years and I still go through my BE books

Tarun do not worry , i have 20 years Industrial Experience , did BE in Electronic and I am Non IIT Ian . Do projects on Solid Works , Catia also Can do M Tech. You can do MBA Marketing after B Tech from IIT. Yo can enter into sales if you did better after few years you can got good salary. Also in Today's Automobile Industry You can enter into Robotics Design, CNC Machine design.

There are few PSU 's that are in service sector that can be aimed. But definitely not the manufacturing sector, because India is not good at Mech R&D.
Bro all these equations are used in making calculation and simulation software like for gear design drivetrain analysis , CFD and likewise, nothing is waste, offcourse we don't remember any formula, but we do remember the basics and concepts which becomes crystal clear when we work on actual system or machine, I have been working in gearbox design since last 10 years and I still go through my BE books
