What I know about TSS, it gets lower as much the FTP gets higher, and it should put much hard work or long rides to accomplish the same TSS, I don't understand what do you really mean to adjust Z2 TSS ? Because its calculated in everyzone
And about the increase of 34watt, over how much time ? Every 2 months too ?

Hey! I'm not quite sure I understand the question on TSS, but TSS does not get lower as FTP gets higher. A 50 TSS ride is equivalent physiologically, whether your FTP is 150 or 250 watts. You can simplify it a lot from how it sounds like you're understanding it!
What I mean by "adjusting zone 2 to reach desired TSS" is... add time to all of your zone 2 rides until you've reached your weekly TSS goal. For example, if you need 100 more TSS for the week, you'll probably need another 2 hours of zone 2 to hit that. Make sense?
Regarding the 34 watts increase, here's the full quote! " I saw a 34 watt increase in FTP over just a few months while working a demanding job."

@@trocycling1204 okay I still don't get it, the ftp I'm setting in my garmin has a big relation to the TSS, I ride in zone 1 for 1 hour below 100watt gives 27 to 30 tss, riding in zone 2 & zone 3 gives me 50 TSS for 1h, and intervals in zone 5 to 9, 70 TSS for 45min or let's say for example the workouts in zwift too, in every workout there's a TSS in the description below according to the ftp, so ? I should put higher watts then, what means the one who has 150w ftp will get approximately the same tss as someone has 400w ftp while riding in the same zone for 1h, I think this is what you mean by is equivalent physiologically and that's what I mean by it gets lower while the ftp gets higher
And the 34watt is very significant in only few months, like 2 or even 4 months is fantastic, about 3 years ago I was training only in zwift, and I had no plan due to covid confinement and I had 72 watt increase in 8 months

@@redben9046 Hey! I'm not sure I understand the question. But let me show you an example. If this is still confusing, I'm happy to jump on a call with you! Let me know!
      Cyclist A (FTP = 200 watts)
      Zone 2 = 142 watts (~71% FTP)
      Zone 3 = 170 watts (~85% FTP)
      -1 hour zone 2 ride = 50TSS (142 watts)
      -2 hour zone 2 ride = 100TSS (142 watts)
      -1 hour zone 3 ride = 72TSS (170 watts)
      -2 hour zone 3 ride = 144TSS (170 watts)
      Cyclist B (FTP = 300 watts)
      Zone 2 = 213 watts (~71% FTP)
      Zone 3 = 255 watts (~85% FTP)
      -1 hour zone 2 ride = 50TSS (213 watts)
      -2 hour zone 2 ride = 100TSS (213 watts)
      -1 hour zone 3 ride = 72TSS (255 watts)
      -2 hour zone 3 ride = 144TSS (255 watts)
