Chapter 26: 8 turns no deaths or close calls. My team: Titania, Soren, Mia, Marcia, Mist, Lethe, Volke, Nephenee, Jill, Astrid, Janaff, Tanith, Calill, Ranulf, Haar, Lucia, Geoffrey. I only just realized this map that losing Reyson was worse than I realized because he was holding the Hammerne that I planned to use on the Sonic Sword back then. I came out of this with 2 more Physics, 1 Sleep and a Meteor. 39:28 For some more clarification on your note: Adept is just another standard attack the only thing different about it is that a follow up from Adept can't trigger Adept again. Astra will use durability on every hit as long as the enemy still has at least 1 HP before the hit lands. Also if the weapon has less than 5 durability it will still do all 5 hits instead of breaking in the middle. 1:04:46 On hard there's an extra swordsmaster in the middle of the 3 sages. One thing you didn't mention is how Bertram has Daunt just like Petrine. Something funny that happened for me is how one of Tanith's reinforcements got in range of Bertram and he swapped to his Spear to attack her so I managed to get his Runesword with full uses.
Hey Tom, love the series. I don't know how far in advance you're recording and if this is even applicable anymore for you (also it's been a hot minute since I last played Path of Radiance), but you should be able to have Lethe shift at the start of next chapter normally, even though she had the Demi Band equipped at the end of this chapter. In the battle preparations you unequip the Demi Band, undeploy her, leave the deployment menu, re-enter it and then redeploy her. That should set her Turn 0 gauge to 16 and have her shift normally at the start of the chapter. The difference compared to just having her halfshift the entire chapter is of course miniscule, but you talked about unequipping the item in one of the recent videos for that purpose. one of my favorite things is when RNG starts REALLY going in someones favor and you can hear them getting more and more suspicious of the game, like they think it's luring them into a trap. We got a lot of that here.
