Loving the channel! I paid off my primary house two years ago. Actively putting in offers in a city where AirDna and other sources are saying the AirBnBs average $2,000-$4,000 a month. And pretty much every house is only between $150k-215. Love watching your journey!

That's awesome AJ! I am on a very similar path, just launched my 2nd property last month and now I am currently furnishing my 3rd unit in hopes of launching in mid July. Target is also 2 more properties next year and FIRE if I want to (but at a very comfortable level like you) :)

Love the videos, short, sweet and to the point. I am kinda in the beginning of this whole process, I am going to start looking for properties since already getting pre-approval from my lender but the market is so so dry unless very expensive. I would love to find a property like yours since I am in Kennesaw GA and it would be a great bonus if was already an Air B&B.

do you have a mortgage in the home you live in? buy a duplex live in one side and let your renter pay your mortgage
I do have a normal mortgage where I live but I do not rent it out to anyone via Airbnb or otherwise
