If you guys do the "top 10 worst American reboots of foreign shows" be sure to include House of Anubis. The original Dutch version was quite good from what I remember, unlike from what I've heard from the American version.
No Charmed should have been #1. The show was basicly a guide how to ruin a reboot. It wan an insult to the original and all the classic fans. I still don't understand how it got 3 seasons.
Plus Final Space has been erased from existence. It has a comic book coming out, but it still pisses me off that we can’t see the comic book animated into another season.
Inside Job is Netflix series, Velma is HBO Max series, also Inside Job didn't become popular enough and viewership weren't satisfying, Velma is a total garbage but well it became obviously VERY POPULAR and numbers were really big (hate-watching) and unfortunately, even if something is bad but is watched and making money, you can be sure it's gonna be more of it AND if something is good but it doesn't have enough popularity/viewing - it has a huge probability of cancelled, that's how it works.these days.

I grew up watching the OG Teen Titans and GO is absolute trash. They took a show that fans absolutely loved and converted it into a skit show full of stupid memes and toilet humor made to appeal to a new/younger demographic. They even had an entire episode poking fun at the fact that the OG was leagues better than the shit they became today.
A character invented because the core characters on the OG were so boring, repetitive, and one dimensional. They were running out of ideas when Nixon was still in the White House!
I understand why teen Titans Go is hated when compared to the original show. However as its own show it's a lot of campy fun and in some ways more realistic of what would actually happen if you left a bunch of teenagers superhuman abilities advanced technology and no adult supervision.

Actually seems they became more woke or just had issues behind the scenes. I saw several of them, and hadn't been impressed with any of them. Sadly I did see most of the originals. Most of them did nor capture the series "feel". Kinda like expecting to be served a five course meal and arrive to find a TV dinner.
Unsolved Mysteries. The reboot with Dennis Farina was okay, but the Netflix reboot is not the same. To me, having a narrator with the presence, delivery and charm of Robert Stack is what made the original Unsolved Mysteries series so incredible. Dishonorable mention to Clone High. While the reboot does have elements of the original first-season, it doesn't have the same charm.
And now, Netflix is releasing an animated reboot of the classic 70s sitcom "Good Times". After seeing the trailer, they might as well add this to the list.
Well, if you ignore the last 6 episodes and think of Dragon Lord the same way as Shredder from the 80s cartoon, it's not that bad. That's probably why it's not on this list. Plus, it's hilarious to think of the Alliance of Evil's forces being held back in New York during the finale by the Turtles, with all the soldiers so embarrassed that they were beaten by a quintet of Turtles and not Power Rangers that they didn't report back they'd been beaten and hoped Astronoma simply didn't find out until after the entire invasion of Earth was completed 😂
I don't know why Teen Titans Go gets so much hate. I am 43 years old and I feel like it's one of the best mainstream animated shows around. Velma, on the other hand, is total garbage made by actual garbage demons.
I strongly believe that everything happening in Teen Titans GO! happens when the original Teen Titans guys have nothing to do between missions and drama. I mean, they are teens and they do bunch of stupid and random things.

Lauren Faust's DC Superhero Girls should also be on this list. While the original seems like a generic kid's show, it was fun to watch. Here, it only focuses on testy jokes, cringey stereotypes, and toxic feminism.

To those who aren't aware, Velma didn't actually get a second season, that "second season" was supposed to be part of the first one but Max decided to hold off on it so they can air it as season 2, which means we were supposed to get MORE episodes for each season! 😨🤮🤕

It’s sad how stinkers of TV shows like Velma who have nothing but hate on it get renewed for a second season, but good shows like Inside Job are canceled after one season despite the positive response from critics and audiences
Taking Scooby out of it was the biggest mistake and then shoving political nonsense made it 100 times worse.
But if you wanna be honest, it was a good thing Scooby wasn't in Velma since he doesn't need to be exposed to the show's political nonsense.

Velma was disrespectful. They don’t even have scooby! The show is built around four tens and a talking dog solving mysteries. This is just one mystery and no talking dog. They don’t even call shaggy shaggy!
So these reboots suck b/c a) they're too much like the originals with no new ideas, or b) they stray too far from the originals. Make up your mind.
Actually seems they became more woke or just had issues behind the scenes. I saw several of them, and hadn't been impressed with any of them. Sadly I did see most of the originals. Most of them did nor capture the series "feel". Kinda like expecting to be served a five course meal and arrive to find a TV dinner.
Unsolved Mysteries. The reboot with Dennis Farina was okay, but the Netflix reboot is not the same. To me, having a narrator with the presence, delivery and charm of Robert Stack is what made the original Unsolved Mysteries series so incredible. Dishonorable mention to Clone High. While the reboot does have elements of the original first-season, it doesn't have the same charm.

Well, if you ignore the last 6 episodes and think of Dragon Lord the same way as Shredder from the 80s cartoon, it's not that bad.

Plus, it's hilarious to think of the Alliance of Evil's forces being held back in New York during the finale by the Turtles, with all the soldiers so embarrassed that they were beaten by a quintet of Turtles and not Power Rangers that they didn't report back they'd been beaten and hoped Astronoma simply didn't find out until after the entire invasion of Earth was completed 😂

I don't know why Teen Titans Go gets so much hate. I am 43 years old and I feel like it's one of the best mainstream animated shows around. Velma, on the other hand, is total garbage made by actual garbage demons.

I enjoy it Plus the creators attended to end the original show That way because things change That's a teenager's final lesson Even the Creator Said He wanted to stop after season 5 And just wanted to move on into other projects And he's telling us to move on And things change yeah I know there's some unanswered questions but life does not have answered questions that what the original creators attended to end the creators ended on on their own And they Never attended to do a season 6 there plan was to end it with season 5 And so after that cartoon Network decides to make a difference teen Titan show after the original show has ended on its final season

I loved the MacGyver Reboot..The rest were meh.
Lauren Faust's DC Superhero Girls should also be on this list. While the original seems like a generic kid's show, it was fun to watch. Here, it only focuses on testy jokes, cringey stereotypes, and toxic feminism.
