His Scottish accent is almost faultless in this film! I'm Scottish and he sounds like a native Highlander, there's the odd misplaced syllable, but they're few and far between and I'm told Scottish is a really hard accent to imitate :)
I fell completely in love with him, watching the trial, and I fall more in love with him every day, and can't can't can't get enough of him - acting, singing, playing guitar, talking, everything!! He is just spectacularly beautiful, as a person and as a creative artist. I adore him. ADORE HIM!!!💗💐💗
I love this scene...that quote about the word 'just' is simply beautiful and one of my favorites :) I can't get through this entire movie without shedding a tear at the end, it brings out every emotion and it introduces your mind to your childhood again, that sweet innocent person we've all become strangers with! This movie humbles me. And the music...oh my goodness, don't get me started because that's what brought me to this scene in the first place :D I got distracted lol
For those of you who don't own the soundtrack, it's by Jan A.P. Kaczmarek, and it's just as delightful as the movie :) this song is called, 'Dancing with the Bear'
Betty, I hear ya. My buddy Rob grew up in Dundonald, but lived later in Glasgow. Johnny’s accent is a wee bit more village. As an American, his accent is all right
I'm scottish and his accent is flawless
jimmy2k4o, right? 😌
Same lol
Me too and think he’s fantastic
I’m Scottish too , definitely not flawless from what I’m hearing but it’s way better than most
I’m from Dundee and this is a Kirriemuir accent. Very good for east coast. Not perfect but best I’ve heard x
Johnny Depp is fantastic in every movie
just when I thought johnny depp couldn't get any more sexier. dammit.

That’s a very good Scottish accent.
not perfect but better than a lot of shite ive heard
Better than shrek? Or better than Mel Gibson?
Johnny must of hated dancing with the clowns (he is MASSIVELY TERRIFIED AND FREAKED out by them) bless johnny for doing that scene
dancing + clowns -> and Johnny Depp did it. and he did a scottish accent - perhaps theres nothing he cant do.
If has a phobia of clowns, how did he manage to act as Tim burton’s vision of the mad hatter? 🤨😅
I find it kind of funny imagining the director yelling. Just keep looking at the bear johnny, keep your eyes on the bear!
William Hanekom, I bet. 😅😂🤣😆😝
He ate chocolate in Chocolat while he hates it.

Alex Todd, yes, in a way.
It's Christopher Robin, which is a Winnie the Pooh Movie directed by Marc Forster who also Directs Monster's Ball, Finding Neverland, and World War Z.
It is quite similar actually, maybe johnny took inspiration from ewans actual speaking voice
1:50 the way he says "Dance with me"...Do I need to say more? :P
Ein Wunderschöner Film mit Johnny 👌♥️
That's like saying he can't climb that mountain, he's just a man. That's not a diamond it's just a rock. Just...

JOHNNY DEPP MUST'VE GROWN A FANCY MUSTACHE FOR THIS MOVIE!!!
I love Mr. James Matthew Barries mustache....
Freddie is so cute and innocent here you would never think he could play Norman Bates

I'm not sure the dog liked it.

Looking at his face when he said"perhaps"...Great if they show up next day,he"ll be okay if doesn't.
