Welcome to “Maya”
It's Cities: Skylines series, Mostly based on Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
Some mixed with my own thoughts and there may be some elements that are extracted from other japanese cities to be applied in this city as well.
Contents:
- Expand the downtown area.
- Build the expressway ramps.
- Build mixed area. Includes some warehouses, Post office, Residential, Commercial and City service (Fire station and football field) building.

You nailed it again! One thing I thought about: A historic landmark like a little Zen Garden or a temple or even a building from the age of Historicism (Those Classic European buildings like Tokyo train station). Stuff like this you see often in Japan. They are most time directly next to uglu modern stuff.

Traffic is way too low here (unrealistic). If he would properly set up Realistic Population mod these parking lots would absolutely flood with cars. Keep in mind that in real life most high-rises have parking lots underneath the building for hundreds of cars. This game doesn't have that, you need to manually put in all the parking lots.

Just exactly how powerfull your specs are? I run the game with nearly hundred mods and 4000+ assets and it almost become unplayable when i reach 50k pop (i have to alter some residence size from rico settings tho but still)

I don't have any plans to build at this time.
Maybe I'm considering whether I can build or not.

เป็นแบบปกติเลยครับ แต่ผมเล่นแบบลง Asset/Mod เพิ่มเติมทีหลังครับ แต่แนะนำแบบเบื้องต้นว่าลงเฉพาะที่จำเป็นจริง ๆ หรือให้เหมาะสมกับสเปคคอมเราจะดีกว่า ไม่อย่างงั้นจะทำให้โหลดเกมช้าเกินไป เพราะจะใช้ทรัพยากรอย่าง RAM เยอะมาก ๆ ครับ 🙂

I hate watching videos like these, because you guys use cheats and hacks that's the only way to reach that far
