The thing I noticed about this TV man is that he targets the smg4 crew individually with first being Smg4 with his perfect video, second being Meggy with her Idol, third being Smg3 with his Sussy notebook each with a personal attachment to them and their insecurities. It might look as if tari is his next target with him potentially having a connection with Clench, trying to make her strong in the wrong way. His motives aren't made exactly clear to what he wants but it's clear he has been watching them for a long time since he was the reason why the old castle fell, and this new castle was built to keep a closer eye on them. Now we can only hope that what he's planning, or the crew isn't as bad as the others but knowing this show that's not likely.
I have a theory he's trying to separate them by having them turn on each other so they're left in a more vulnerable state. As for his motives, he so far seems to do this stuff for the shits and giggles a la Judge Doom or the Joker. NGL, but Puzzlevision reminds me a lot of HIM (powerpuff girls), Riddler, and Judge Doom. You see what I'm saying?

I love how Puzzleivision is presented less as a cliche arc villain and more as a terrifying boogeyman who could hide anywhere

Puzzlevision’s “theme” can be heard in the “It’s Gotta Be Perfect” Movie and in WOTFI 2023. In the “It’s Gotta Be Perfect” movie, it can be heard when SMG4 purchases the demonic keyboard online. In WOTFI 2023, it is played twice: once in the flashback with Marty receiving the faxed pizza recipe, and a second time when Puzzlevision reveals his appearance at the end.
I can’t believe that this character has been behind the scenes for a YEAR now! I can’t wait to see what happens next!

The episode is basically split to 3 different parts:
1. Meggy and Tari try to enter the basement to find the generator, but the basement door is jammed and Meggy gets into a fight with Clench (Tari's robotic arm).
2. Bob and SMG3 are outside and are trying to collect lightning inside a bottle
3. Mario goes jack torrance-like insane and tries to take the neuron out of SMG4, because he can't last a single second without electricity (and sacrificed Luigi)

So lets get some important facts in. Boopkins and Melony and Saiko are completely absent which is alarming, and Luigi seems to have actually been sacrificed as he doesnt return like a gag. Something tells me there will be a sacrifice among those present until the end of this video. Because holy crap Bob in a dramatic shot like this raises questions. I don't care about mario in a dramatic show since all drama revolves around him in some way primarily anyway. Great vid. Love it.

The main characters for WS (Western Spaghetti) were MEGGY and TARI which they broke the simulation and defeated One Shot Wren
The main characters for WOTFI 2023 were SMG3 and SMG4 which they taked the secret NoteBook of their property
All those characters are in total 5, familiar? 5 characters= 5 cards, no?
Bob isn't a main character in any of those movies, equal for the others (Boopkins, Luigi...)

A few other interesting details i would like to point out is that Boopkins was part of most of these "arc" appearing in "its gotta be perfect" and was the one who sold smg4 the land the new house is on. So thats interesting

For those thinking we're in a new arc, we've been in an arc since "It's Gotta Be Perfect!" It gives me serious Live-A-Live vibes; three separate stories, each with their own villain, all connected by a single major villain who targeted their ambition. Now, we're at the part where the main villain wants to deal with them... personally.
It makes the main villain all the more threatening.
