Paphos Old Town Market

A tour of Paphos Covered marketplace with stalls for clothing, bags, belts, jewelry, beach gear & local souvenirs, also old town Paphos.
located in Paphos old town, on top of a hill with extensive views. Quite a good selection of stalls/pitches....many very similar in content/stock. Good parking locally (€1/4hrs) plus good bus access from Paphos seafront. A number of bars/snack bars available too.

Walled along the road overlooking Kato Paphos years ago. While admiring the view I walked into a lamppost. Most amusing for the other half. Returning in summer 2022 will have to see if my head imprint is still there.

Interesting video, one quick question, do you need to be careful what Atm's you use in Cyprus?

Yes the bright yellow atms are tourist and charge you for use and not great exchange rates. Bank attached atms are better, but I use a revolut card they are fantastic (used mine for years all over the world with no problems).

Local produce is often cheaper in the supermarkets, but I guess it all depends on what kind of produce you are talking about. Local art and hand made ceramics / leather goods / jewelry are generally not available in supermarkets.

@@elizabethdunn2874 then a lot is available in the supermarkets, of course there are specialized shops that sell local produce if you wish to support the smaller businesses. 🙂
