The tall handsome farm boy starts pretty early in the morning. Are those long mounds to plant the peanuts ? The red soil looks so good it's hard to imagine it blowing away. You seem to be getting lots of rain. I hope you still bring your rifle to deal with those coyote digs. I take it you're still running the show. Good video. Pax.
@@conleybanman I am a graduate student at the University of Georgia. If I had the pull, I’d like to see how some of our varieties perform over in Texas. Unfortunately, I am not sure if I would be able to get seed to you.
Judging by the sand and you being in west Texas I would guess your near Lubbock? I'm near Hereford. After 12 years I finally upgraded my 8360R to a 8R410 in December. Can't wait to try it out. Like your videos! Cheers!!!
@@conleybanman Not really due for an upgrade. Just wanted some of the nicer cab amenities. I’m hoping with the 410 I can pull a bit more. My 8360 is a barn queen, only used for planting corn/wheat mostly. It has a whopping 1300hrs!!
Thank you Conley for sharing your work with us. I learn a lot about farming from your videos.
I send my prayers. God bless you and your family.
Nothing smiles like freshly plowed ground in Gaines Co. Texas. Watching your videos makes me a little home sick, stay safe.🇺🇸🚜🚜🇺🇸
Thanks we will
Good top soil

Yup they sure are and as far as rain we’re sittin at 1/2 an inch of total rainfall for 2024. And slowly eliminating coyotes 1 by 1
Sure doing a pretty job listing up that ground!
Nice video... How do you get the best performance, with or without beds?
Great Video buddy, looks like the wind and rain has moved to you lol, been really sunny here 🙂
I would like more rain and less wind lol. But anything is better than nothing
Great job listing Conley
Conley, thanks for another excellent video.
How about a 24 row lister-!
Our fields aren’t flat enough for that lol but then we’d also need a 24 row peanut planter
bro, please let me join you for three months. i wanaa made an experience on peanuts 🥜 production
What varieties of runners and Virginia’s are you planting this year?
Mostly Wynns and a few Sullivans

Oh wow that’s awesome we’ll take it off your hands lol. You’ll definitely like the new cab. They really improved a lot
Is this how Jimmy Carter did it or have things changed?
Howdy Conley
If you list beds when it’s very wet what would happen? Too deep as tractor sinks?
Yup the tractor would just make deep ruts
How many rows are yall doin at a time and whats youe row spacing
16 rows at 36” row spacing
Pretty sure your wind is up here, blows 25 to 40 mph several days a week with gust.... had tornadoes and Thunderstorms in area today
It might’ve gone up there for a day or two but it’s definitely back here lol
Great video Conley
