She was running perfectly by the end of last fall, 37 more days until spring!!! Can’t wait…😊
Not much longer! I’ve got to get mine running right so I can enjoy it this summer. I’m running out of time before riding weather.
Adjustment valves, set timing perfectly, then sync carbs. Should help with the low end noises

I replaced the Accelerator Pump Diaphragm to eliminate the hesitation from idle. They start to stick after a while.

I have done some work on the carbs since this but more work is in my near future.
Mine stumbles off idle also. Requires higher rpm and lots of clutch. Have you looked into that?
Yeah I’ve cleaned the carbs several times. Synced them after taking them about each time. It improves it but doesn’t fix the issue. So my next steps are to take the carbs complete apart and clean everything again. Maybe check the timing as well. Trying to knock things off the list to get it fixed.
Does yours clunk like this at low RPM?
Man that thing runs like crap! Not trying to be disrespectful but look into those carbs, or your jetting!
No worries. You are 100% correct. I’ve been working on them since then and should have it put back together and running as it should soon
