Since I've never ever written any tabs on any songs, it'd be easier for me to give you some hints. The guitar must be tuned down to C sharp, then you'll find the chords are basic chords. :) BUT! The middle part shold be played on a normal tuned guitar (or quickly put on a capo :P). I hope it helps.
