I have XCare for Tire and Wheel coverage as well as dings and interior (part of the package) I used it once on a long drive NJ to FL and it was easy to use. Ended up getting a new tire in FL from a pothole bubble. Discount Tire contacted XCare and the process was seamless.

Where can one find reviews and testimony of past or present customers who have used this service, had claims, repairs and payment were handled successfully? I have searched the internet and have yet to find any testimonies.
There are a few places. They have many people that leave their reviews on their Google reviews page, and owners also have a thread on Tesla Motor Club forums, and also many other areas around the forums.

I buy extended warranties for all my used cars. Do they cap payouts to NADA value? That has caused me problems in the past
That’s a great question! My recommendation would be to contact them directly for an answer. I wouldn’t want to assume anything, and you’re likely to get a response just as quickly as I would.
