How to Change Blades on DeWalt 734 Planer

While working on my latest project (video coming soon), I needed to change out the blades on my DeWalt 734 planer. Thought it would be good to make a short DIY video on how to do it so others can see how easy it is to do. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

The screw driver has a magnet on the handle, use it to pull the knives out and either rotate or replace them 😊

Easiest way to remove blades after removing screws and cover is to use the magnet built into the Torx driver handle.

Your black tool has magnets in the handle to lift the blade cover and blade out.

Why not use the magnet that is on the T handle tool that came with the planer...
