Emotional rollercoaster
He sang this song when his dad was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer. I had to go through losing my pops, so this song gets me every time. The good news is that when he released this song, a distant relative was found and was able to donate a kidney. So he lived. The relative heard this song and contacted James's family, so the song saved his father.
So good to hear his father still lives.

@@shockwavereact His father had previously donated a kidney so he only had the one which started to fail. Coincidentally the distant cousin who was found to be a match and donated their kidney actually had the same first and last names as his father, so he was a match in more ways than one, it seems it was meant to be.
