Thank you for the video. I found it very useful, even if I did have to rewind a few times. I was able remap my functions and I now have my esu sound and pilot decoders using the same buttons for lights. Thank you ESU for making the best and easiest remapping decoders on the market.
Thank you Matt on explaining the functions mappings. I was never too sure how it works. I must play around with them to see what I can get the most out of the decoders. I will definitely have questions later on this. Thanks again.
I need help with my rear red lights which shall light in the rear opposite to the headlights, how do I dealing with this? It is a LokSound V5 and I use AUX1 and AUX2 for this purpose...
How can I change the funcion maping without lokprogrammer, only with dcc central, which CV and values are for AUX3,4 and F13? Factory setting for rear ditchlights not working
Quick question, without using the lokprogrammer or software (not compatible with my mac), is it possible to program a lokpilot XL V4 servo outputs (aux7-10) to be controlled simply by the directional switching? I couldn't find it specifically in the manuals, other than the function mapping dealing with the CV conditions block like CV A or CV L?
Hello, I could ask how to get the LokSound decoder v.4.0. do the factory settings? I would need it to be in a state when I bought it. so there is no sound, etc. Thank you in advance for the answer.
Hi Matt. Can I easily REPLACE 1 Station announcement with another I prefer. For example, on my BR426 (DB) I installed the full project from ESU website but I don't like the brief announcement. A seperate announcement from ESU Sound Files Page - Swiss Station Announcements, is what I want to use. HOW do I replace that 1 Announcement, OR, ADD that Additional announcement using the LokProgrammer. -Chris
hi matt I want to assign aux 1 or 2 to function 5 and I want to do it on a loksound 3.5 Hornby sound decoder so I can use a suethe smoke generator can you show how to do it and do I have to read the decoder first so see what is free on the decoder thanks
These videos are very helpful. I was overwhelmed with my Lokprogrammer at first but its making sense now. Thanks!
Thanks for making this so easy to follow. It really helps so much seeing everything broken down this way. 👍
Thanks Matt. I use Lokprogrammer frequently and I still learned some things I didn't know from this video. Keep them coming!
