- Hey Nistas, I was going through it two weeks ago trying to figure out what to wear to an event. Professor Nista was struggling because everything just didn't fit quite the same. In this vlog explain what happened and how I'm where I am now, facing a hysterectomy. You never know what can trigger something inside your body that just leads to other things. I trust this process is what’s meant to be, will be. Are you someone who has suffered from fibroids? What did you do?

Praying that all goes well. And that YOU will be TOTALLY HEAL🙏🏾🙌🏾💃🏽. I had a hysterectomy in 2014. I have a testimony. I almost died. GOD IS GOOD!! I have my battle wounds/scars. Yet, I’m here. 2021 I had my ovaries removed. And menopause is a bitch. I’m being straight honest. As women we go through a lot. GOD HAS YOU. Trust and believe me. He’s a doctor in a sick room. Your testimony proved that. And guess what, he got you this time too. I’m shouting with you. When you get through the healing. Better yet I’m gonna shout now. Praising him in advanced💃🏽💃🏽🙌🏾🙌🏾. I love ya queen. Sometimes we have to adjust our 👑. For the next phase.

My Hysterectomy saved my life! Although different women go through different things our gyno health is very important!

Yes September 3 I had my hysterectomy at 45 and it was the best thing I had ever done it saved my life I do not wish the way I was feeling on no one. My hemoglobin was the 1 when they say it should’ve been like 15❤❤❤❤❤
I pray my procedure provides me what I need to avoid that. I’m happy you’re doing well afterwards cuz I wouldn’t wish that pain & discomfort on anyone 💜

I’m literally experiencing the side effects of fibroids. It’s the food!! Especially chicken, lunch meat, hot dogs, any processed meats! I had to go Vegan cold turkey and that saved me from hemorrhaging. I used to bleed so heavy I would get lightheaded, thought I was dying and I looked up holistic remedies and made the change. I learned what vitamins and teas to drink also I’ll go vegan anytime I feel my body is off. I’m very light with meat and dairy but in the beginning i had to cut them completely! My obgyn refused to talk to me abt being vegan and changing my diet. Pls Steph u have to believe me. Go vegan and do the vitamins and tea (there are many) Let me know if u want more info. God bless you, I hope u take heed to what I’m saying, it’s like the government doesn’t want us to know , and it’s happening to so many women. It’s the food ! U can heal yourself naturally with a diet change ❤
I believe in my heart u don’t need surgery, u can do this. They recommend surgery only because it makes them money, especially from black women, they fail us in the medical field at historic rates. I was at the point ur at but I go nowhere with the doctors. I found a Vegan doctor and learned things that changed my whole outlook on life. Sorry to be so long winded. I jus look up to you and want to encourage u ❤

You always look fly and take self care seriously as we should.happy birthday month .you are 2 months older than me so I just vibe with you.i also had a hysterectomy years ago and I don't regret it.however I have grown a little mid tummy from hormone changes .but I have chosen natural suplements to help with balance and it is working. After ur surgery in 3 months you will be a new women and the swelling will go down..
Welcome back, sweetheart! ❤ So happy to see you back vlogging. Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with those damn fibroids. My doctor found 2 small ones when I was 28 years old. Thank God that they were small and haven't got any bigger, so far. I have to agree with the person who said that diet is everything. I went light with meat (only chicken) and dairy (only almond milk). I saw a significant change in my periods, they were not as heavy and I also saw a change in my weight. All women are different and will have many different symptoms of fibroids. But I think a clean (not necessarily vegan) diet will work for EVERY woman. Praying for you, Sis.
