thing is, with the custom white suit you dont get the black boots. might be a small thing for some people but the black boots just go so well with the white and it was cool of mezco to change that when they could have easily just bothered with the white suit and not changed anything on the figure. This figure is a work of passion and it shows

So hyped to get this one even though I have the 1st release. Not only do I love the old cartoons but Popeye was the mascot for my high school. I say “was” because they decided to remove the pipe from it and eventually change our Popeye sailor to a generic looking sailor.

True that? The original popeye did wear a white sailor suit in the 30's even the dark suit popeye. The wrong one they made the popeye. Dark suit is the pants is wrong it's dark blue the shirt he wore. Was fine but the pants color is wrong the pant should have been light blue but not that much.
