Great work , your a great inspiration, i focus mainly on upper body calisthenics. Dont be afraid to stuff your face on camera either , your giving away your personal life for content so do what you have to do, This is just constructive criticism im not trying to judge im trying to help. Also, practice your syllables, buddy i feel like that can aid you. Love the work dude stay positive, and keep working hard
I have knee injuries from basketball i never got assessed, how can i start strengthening my knees or is there a softer way to do squats that i can start rebuilding? Im mid 30s??

Start low and build your way up, I started with no weight to get my knees use to the training
